Signals!

The county was having a hard time getting drivers to obey the new HAWK signal placed at an intersection with frequent accidents. It was heartbreaking when I went on location to do reference photography. There were small altars placed in every direction for children, mothers, and fathers hit and killed in this intersection. The importance of the project was very clear. Give it a watch and let me know if this helps you understand how this (admittedly) initially confusing signal works.
