Animating for Mechanical Engineers
Animated internal linkages. When creating animations for complex equipment the most important thing is nailing the bone order and rotation axes. While a layman may not even notice any unintentional sliding an engineer will absolutely spot it and call you out on it immediately.

Oh the places you'll go
Starting out in this industry I didn't expect to become a world traveler by sitting behind a computer. I remember my first European trip on the company dime. I could hardly believe it until I showed up to the job site where a lot of equipment had been prepared to perform a heavy lift of an aircraft engine needed for my team to get some much needed high detailed reference for an Augmented Reality Maintenance application we were delivering.
